Information Text Regarding Security Cameras in the Service Area
This information text has been prepared by LABEL GRUP METAL ve MAKİNA San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, methods of collection, to whom it may be transferred, and your rights within the scope of the KVKK.
A total of 12 security cameras are installed in various locations within our service area for the purpose of ensuring the security of our premises. These locations include the exterior of our service area, entrance areas and corridors of the administrative building, interior and corridors of the production area, paint shop and assembly section, welding department, CNC cutting and bending section, and the warehouse. The video recording is conducted and monitored by the management and security unit to ensure the security of our service area.
Your personal data is processed through automated means based on the legal ground specified in Article 5 of the Law, which allows data processing when it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Additionally, your relevant personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies if required for the resolution of legal disputes or as mandated by applicable legislation.
In accordance with Article 20 of the Constitution, everyone has the right to be informed about their personal data. The rights of the data subject within the scope of Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) have been listed.
